"We had an amazing lesson! Sachiko was a wonderful teacher - patient and funny. Our favorite line was her instruction on how to properly salt/pepper the duck - "rub it like you love it". We had just moved house so she stepped up to the challenge and improvised without missing a beat - a quick trip to the corner store and using frozen soup instead of ice cubes to cool one of the dishes.
