There is nothing better than the time you spend with your loved ones sharing a delicious meal.
When I worked in restaurants as a chef, I did not get the opportunity to know how my customers were feeling or why they had made the decision to come to my restaurant. I did not even see their face. I was simply running between orders to provide a consistent level of "fine dining".
But I would like to share a dining experience with my customers by listening to every single of their thoughts, preferences, and requests. Then I would put all my heart into cooking for them.....
