Payment
Once we recieve your booking, we will send you a confirmation email which includes the instrunction of payment. Payment can be made by direct bank deposit. To confirm your booking, $50 of deposit is required.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees are applicable following cancellation of a confirmed service:
30% cancellation fee : Cancellation of booking one week prior to the service
50% cancellation fee : Cancellation of booking up to72 prior to the service
100% cancellation fee : Cancellation of booking up to 24 hours prior to the service
If you are able to reschedule another time, transfer fees are applicable instead of cancellation fees.
0% transfer fee - Change of booking one week prior to the service
25% transfer fee - Change of booking up to 72 hours prior to the service
50% transfer fee - Change of booking up to 24hours prior to the service
