Payment
Once we recieve your booking, we will send you a confirmation email which includes the instrunction of payment. Payment can be made by direct bank deposit. To confirm your booking, full payment is required.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees are applicable following cancellation of a confirmed service:
30% cancellation fee : Cancellation of booking one week prior to the service
50% cancellation fee : Cancellation of booking up to72 prior to the service
100% cancellation fee : Cancellation of booking up to 24 hours prior to the service
If you are able to reschedule another time, transfer fees are applicable instead of cancellation fees.
0% transfer fee - Change of booking one week prior to the service
25% transfer fee - Change of booking up to 72 hours prior to the service
50% transfer fee - Change of booking up to 24hours prior to the service
